We had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach for two nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the seamless check-in process to the early check-in we requested, everything was handled with exceptional care. Our room, facing the beach with a stunning sea view, was fantastic. It was spacious and well-equipped with great amenities like an ironing board, coffee machine, and tea-making facilities. The hospitality was outstanding. We were greeted with a welcome drink, and while our room was being prepared, we enjoyed complimentary drinks as part of our Accor membership. Since it was our celebration week, they even provided a cake a a personalised touch.. so lovely! Breakfast at the Elements restaurant was a highlight of our stay. We highly recommend it for the incredible variety of food options, including Indian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, and Western cuisines. We also had a relaxing time by the pool and enjoyed the happy hour drinks (buy 1, get 1 free) between 4-6 pm in the evening. A big thank you to all the staff who ensured every small request was catered to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

If you're looking for a relaxing holiday - this is one of the loveliest resorts I've stayed at in Thailand, it's so well maintained and professionally run. The views are spectacular in the ocean view rooms and it's close to the airport. There are two pools and while it's quite hilly - they have rooms near reception or their bus/cars will pick up and drop off to your room, as well as a food delivery service similar to Uber Eats. If you like to swim in the ocean it's a short walk down to the beach to swim in the flags - and the beach water was perfect. The food options are really varied across the resort with healthy options at all meals. The breakfast buffet was sensational - more options than I've ever seen and very very tasty. Would love to come back here.

My sister and I wanted to celebrate our shared 40th birthday and I have mentioned it and asked them to help me plan the trip and asked for restaurant bookings etc. when we arrived I realised that we didn’t get the sea view room I booked for us but instead got a room that was supposed to be in the same category but instead of the main side we got the side part of the hotel and instead of the ocean it was overlooking mostly the parking lot and partially a tiny bit of the ocean. (Mostly parking lot and the sewage stream leading into the ocean) No one answered my emails about the restaurants nor did anything else special for the birthday. Which is ok, we had still a good time but it was a bit of a lackluster. On top of it our rain shower didn’t work and the coffee machine didn’t work. Overall it felt a bit of a let down and as if someone not just ignored my requests to please help us celebrate the bday (which would be ok) but instead gave us the worst room in the category we booked the hotel had to offer. I think for a family visit it is a ok hotel and it was clean but the facility needs some upkeep (things are visibly damaged) and don’t expect anyone to go the extra mile for you. It’s not the worst hotel but for us wasn’t the best experience. Maybe we were a bit unlucky as well.

Perfect hotel by the beach

This spectacular hotel ticks all the boxes . The location , service and amenities ( pool , gym and rooms ) were perfect . We stayed in an ocean view room (321) which was close to the main resort area . As Accor platinum we were treated to special platters for breakfast , which was amazing . The breakfast buffet had live food stations with soups , eggs , dosai and every imaginable choice. Highly recommended

This was an amazing place to stay. It was a fantastic building and spotless. the food was amazing - I am cealiac and the staff would cook me any meal of the menu adapted. it was such a relief to spend 2 weeks not worrying about food. we had an ocean view room so were next to the restaurant. The view was amazing, the beds so comfortable, staff made towel animals to leave on bed and special additions for our anniversary. It was on the cliff by the beach. you could get an hourly shuttle bus down and back or go down some stairs built into cliff. The thing that really made this was the staff - the security lady on the front gate who smiled and waved every trip. The girls who greeted you at the main entrance and arranged buses to rooms and called you when your trip car arrived, the friendly staff in the restaurant and bars and the amazing girls in the adult pool. also all the drivers who remembered your room number after only 1 trip. This was the holiday of a life time and I would recommend anyone to go and visit the Pullman
